Tuesdays 9:00am - Devotion in Motion
This all - levels class invites students to expand their practice beyond the postures. Practice will blend asana and movement with a focus on the various systems of yoga such as the chakras, the Yoga Sutras, and more. Explore your inner world and take your practice to another level.
Wednesdays 4:00pm - Gentle Movement
This class is on hold for the summer. Stay tuned for more info in the Fall!
Sundays 10:00am - Release, Relax and Restore Sunday morning is sacred at Empower Yoga. This class invited students of all levels and abilities to practice in a safe, quiet and mindful space. We will be on the mat and moving slowly, using props for support and comfort, as we release tension and stress, relax deeply into ourselves and restore our energy, focus and spirit.

Thursdays 9:00am - Gentle Yoga
This class will help start your day in a calming, peaceful way. Class may include some gentle yoga combined with supported postures to foster a quiet and meditative space within. All students are welcome to join this practice.
Private sessions with Robyn are a great choice if you need individual attention. Consider booking a session if you are:
